About Bomb City Bike Park

Bomb City is more than just a family bike park; it is a destination designed to bring families together, get kids off screens, and create the outdoor adventure experience this community has been missing.  

The name traces back to Jason’s roots in Amarillo, Texas, a city known as “Bomb City” due to Pantex, the nation’s primary nuclear weapons facility. However, in biking culture, the phrase took on a different meaning. “Dropping bombs” is about going big, pushing limits, and having fun while doing it. For Jason, that spirit transformed into something much deeper — a symbol of energy, freedom, progression, and the mental reset that riding brings.  

For years, biking has been one of the ways Jason clears his head, challenges himself, and reconnects with what matters. This experience shaped the vision for Bomb City: a family bike park where others can discover the same sense of confidence, clarity, and joy that comes from being outside and in motion.  

That vision found its home in the Willis/Conroe area, where Abbie’s family roots run four generations deep. This community is not just where Bomb City is being built — it is where their life is rooted. Through those roots came a clear realization: while the area continues to grow, there are still very few places for community recreation where families can gather for affordable, repeatable, meaningful activities.  

Bomb City is being created to fill that gap.  

It is a destination where moms feel safe bringing their kids, where dads can share adventures with them, and where children can build real confidence in the outdoors. It is designed to be more than mere entertainment; it is a place for progress, connection, and healthy fun — something families can return to week after week.  

As more people seek healthier, more intentional ways to spend their time, Bomb City meets the moment. It reflects a growing desire for experiences that support both physical and mental wellness — the kind that come from movement, challenge, fresh air, and time spent together.  

At its core, Bomb City is about building something lasting for this community: a place where kids grow, families connect, and outdoor adventure becomes part of everyday life.
